Our users can conveniently schedule in-home massage appointments exclusively through our official mobile application. To ensure the utmost security and reliability, we require users to download the application directly from our official website page or through the provided links on reputable platforms such as the Google Play Store. We strongly advise against downloading applications from unofficial sources, as they may pose risks to both users and others. Please be informed that Lux Vita holds no liability for any potential harm arising from such unauthorized downloads. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of accessing our application solely through authorized channels to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.

2. Appointment Booking and Verification

a. By booking an appointment through our Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including submitting a picture of your National ID or Passport (‘For Foreigners’) or Alien ID or Military ID, when needed.

b. We collect this information to ensure the safety and security of our masseuses and clients.

3. Masseuse/Masseur Safety Measures

a. All masseuses/Masseurs are required to confirm their arrival at the intended location before starting the massage appointment by scanning the QR code of the client.

b. If we have received no confirmation of arrival, we may initiate immediate contact with the police or we may contact both the client and the masseuse/masseur directly to gather information about the appointment delay.

c. If a masseuse/masseur feels that the location they have arrived at is unsafe, they have the right to cancel the booking and report the incident to Lux’s support team or any other official communication channels that Lux has provided.

4. Payments

a. Payment for appointments is due at the time of booking and must be made through our designated payment processor.

b. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

a. Users have the right to cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any additional charges.

b. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded, and may result in a cancellation fee, which will be charged to the payment method used to book the appointment.

6. Masseuse/Masseur Conduct

a. Masseuses/Masseurs are independent contractors, and we require them to meet certain qualifications and adhere to our code of conduct.

b. Any form of inappropriate behaviour from masseuses/masseurs should be reported to Lux immediately.

7. Liability

a. While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our users and masseuses/masseur, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of your use of the Service.

b. We recommend that you consult with a healthcare professional before booking a massage appointment, especially if you have any underlying health conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

a. All content and materials available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Lux or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy Compliance

Users agree to comply with Lux's Privacy Policy, available on our website, governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided to us.

10. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Service responsibly and not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities. This includes refraining from harassing, threatening, or otherwise harming other users or our masseuses/masseurs.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Lux harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their use of the Service, including but not limited to any breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
